obama the president

It was a creed written into the founding documents that declared the destiny of a nation.
Yes we can.
It was whispered by slaves and abolitionists as they blazed a trail toward freedom.
Yes we can.
It was sung by immigrants as they struck out from distant shores and pioneers who pushed westward against an unforgiving wilderness.
Yes we can.
It was the call of workers who organized; women who reached for the ballots; a President who chose the moon as our new frontier; and a King who took us to the mountaintop and pointed the way to the Promised Land.
Yes we can to justice and equality.
Yes we can to opportunity and prosperity.
Yes we can heal this nation.
Yes we can repair this world.
Yes we can.
We know the battle ahead will be long, but always remember that no matter what obstacles stand in our way, nothing can stand in the way of the power of millions of voices calling for change. (We want change.)
We have been told we cannot do this by a chorus of cynics…they will only grow louder and more dissonant ……….. We’ve been asked to pause for a reality check. We’ve been warned against offering the people of this nation false hope.
But in the unlikely story that is America, there has never been anything false about hope.
Now the hopes of the little girl who goes to a crumbling school in Dillon are the same as the dreams of the boy who learns on the streets of LA; we will remember that there is something happening in America; that we are not as divided as our politics suggests; that we are one people; we are one nation; and together, we will begin the next great chapter in the American story with three words that will ring from coast to coast; from sea to shining sea: Yes We Can.

奧巴馬的人氣真的很高，輕取mccain後相信會一直維持．．．至少直至直式上任為止（如果中途沒有被槍殺)。看著現在的奧巴馬想起半年前就職的馬英九，一樣是被寄予扭轉當前劣勢的希望，一樣是被無限幻化偶像化成一個fantasy（也有人說是一樣的英俊omg)。市民的熱情/盲目可以把你一下抬得很高，也可以轉眼把你摔回地上，潮流都是過眼雲煙。未知奧巴馬的政策會真的為美國，為世界帶來轉變，還是人民靠自己力量把夢想一一自我實現，還是變成另一個馬英九，甚至李明博？有人問為甚麼香港出不了一個奧巴馬？恐怕我們不是出不了奧巴馬，而是我們不可能把一個像奧巴馬的人放在奧巴馬的位置上。 我們從根本上就缺乏美國人的天真，那種雖然在地圖上點不出自己國家的位置，在中東說不出哪個是自己盟友，以為香港等於singapore而且屬於日本領 土，但依然相信只要繼續暴啃著漢堡包就可以拯救世界的天真，yes we can. 就算一天有普選，我相信，有著難民血統的我們，寧願把一個現實／down to earth如 bowtie曾的人放上the most powerful job，也不願相信那些以說謊為職業的政客會真的為我們實現那些又高又大的夢想，他們可以是藝人如劉德華，甚至諧星如詹瑞文，不過絕不會是領導人。人生本來就是禍福相繫，就即管看看奧巴馬的下場。




剛知道原來之前跳軌的是朋友的朋友．．．．我妖．．．這種事有完沒完呢．．．
